Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SavorMood (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using any feature of SavorMood, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
SavorMood provides AI-generated meal suggestions, meal planning, shopping lists, nutrition estimates, group features, and related tools. Features vary by plan. Generated content is for inspiration and informational purposes; we do not guarantee specific nutritional outcomes or that any recipe will meet your dietary or medical requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SavorMood. If you create a household or group, you are responsible for invitations you send.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment partner, Whop, according to the plan you select. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel anytime through your membership page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
Paid subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your first charge. After that window, all purchases are final and SavorMood does not offer refunds. Please review your selected plan carefully before completing checkout.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SavorMood to harass others, scrape content, overload our systems, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
SavorMood owns the App, its design, and its underlying code. AI-generated recipes and images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the App. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically extract generated content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavorMood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you did not pay.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SavorMood after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
9. Contact
For questions about these Terms, reach out at [email protected].
10. Disclaimer of liability
You use SavorMood at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavorMood, its affiliates, team members, and partners are not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or harm to any person, property, device, or data arising from your use of the App, including any AI-generated meal suggestions, recipes, images, nutritional estimates, fitness guidance, or third-party content. We do not guarantee that any recipe is safe, accurate, allergen-free, or suitable for your health conditions. Always exercise your own judgment, follow safe food-handling practices, and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.
11. Scraping and automated access
You may not use robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, browser extensions, AI training data harvesters, or other automated means to access, copy, monitor, extract, download, or republish any part of SavorMood — including but not limited to restaurant listings, menus, prices, AI-generated meals, recipes, images, user-generated content, reviews, group posts, taste profiles, and allergy-safety outputs — without our prior written consent. This restriction applies regardless of whether the access is technically possible, whether you bypass any interface or rate limit, or whether the data is publicly viewable.
You may not collect, aggregate, cache, sell, license, or use SavorMood data for competitive products, search engines, directory services, price comparison tools, machine-learning training, model fine-tuning, or any commercial purpose without a separate written agreement. Violations may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and claims for damages.
Our robots.txt and any crawl-delay or allow/disallow rules are provided as a courtesy to well-behaved search engines; they do not grant you any right to scrape or reuse content beyond ordinary indexing of public pages, and they do not override this Section 11.
12. Restaurant commission and unpaid balances
Partner restaurants keep their own customer payments and owe SavorMood a commission on each order served through the platform, at the rate shown on their plan. Commission is due as soon as an order is served and is payable through the statement in the partner dashboard.
If a commission balance remains unsettled for more than 9 weeks, a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance accrues for every further week until the balance is paid in full.
If a commission balance remains unsettled for 2 months (60 days) or more, the partner account is flagged for collection. SavorMood may then suspend platform features, refer the debt to a collection agency, and pursue legal recovery of the outstanding commission together with accrued late fees and any reasonable costs of collection. Balances under 2 months old are never referred for legal action.
Partners can clear a flag at any time by paying the outstanding balance, including accrued late fees, from their commission statement.
